A-Plus Developments secures ministerial decree for Jiran Residence in October Gardens

A-Plus Developments has announced obtaining the ministerial decree for its Jiran Residence project in October Gardens, West Cairo, marking a key regulatory milestone. Construction began more than two months ago following excavation permits, with the project now in its early development phase.

Jiran Residence spans approximately 15 feddans with a building footprint of around 25%, positioning it as one of A-Plus's flagship developments in the area.

Over the past two years, A-Plus has launched five projects across commercial and residential segments. These include The Address Mall in October Gardens, fully completed and set for delivery in coming months over 14,283 sqm with a 30% building ratio.

Shadows Business Park in 6th of October City is a mixed-use development featuring commercial, administrative, medical units, and serviced apartments on about 15,300 sqm, with construction over 70% complete in roughly 18 months.

The Connect 4 commercial project in October Gardens covers 6,534 sqm, with preparatory procedures finalized and excavation work expected to start soon. Stay In in District 1, 6th of October City, is a mixed residential and serviced apartments project spanning 26,400 sqm with a 40% built-up area.

Chairperson Ahmed Ali stated that the company's strategy prioritizes execution and on-ground delivery, with work progressing across all five projects. A-Plus continues to target high-growth areas like October Gardens and 6th of October City while evaluating further expansion in Egypt's real estate market.
