Åke Stakkestad set to join Leksand after BIK exit

Forward Åke Stakkestad is leaving BIK Karlskoga to play for Leksand next season. The 24-year-old was thanked by the club on Wednesday after one season back with the team.

BIK Karlskoga confirmed the departure via social media on Wednesday. The club’s sports chief Torsten Yngveson said the team thanks Stakkestad for his efforts this season and wishes him well going forward.
