The June 26 episode of SmackDown was taped at the O2 Arena in London, England. After Giulia defeated her former manager Kiana James, Monroe appeared and laid out Giulia with a Neutralizer.
Promotional videos on recent episodes had teased Monroe's arrival on the brand and her targeting of Giulia. The two share a history as rivals from their time in STARDOM in Japan.
Monroe previously appeared briefly in a backstage segment with Chelsea Green but was absent afterward except in video packages. This marks her first major on-screen action on the main roster.
