Major League Baseball has announced that the Milwaukee Brewers and Atlanta Braves will play in the 2026 MLB Little League Classic presented by New York Life. The game is scheduled for August 23, 2026, in Williamsport, Pennsylvania, in connection with the Little League Baseball World Series. It will air exclusively on ESPN at 7:10 p.m. ET.
The Milwaukee Brewers and Atlanta Braves will headline the 2026 “MLB Little League Classic presented by New York Life” on Sunday, August 23, 2026, at Journey Bank Ballpark at Historic Bowman Field in Williamsport, Pennsylvania. The Brewers will serve as the home team in this special national game, which ties into the Little League Baseball World Series presented by T-Mobile.
Earlier in the day on August 23, Major Leaguers from both teams will attend Little League World Series games, engaging with young fans and supporting youth baseball growth. That evening, Little League World Series players and their families will attend the MLB game, filling the historic ballpark.
The event will broadcast exclusively on ESPN at 7:10 p.m. ET (6:10 p.m. CT), with additional coverage on ESPN Radio, the ESPN App, and ESPN Deportes.
Major League Baseball launched the Little League Classic in August 2017, featuring the Pittsburgh Pirates and St. Louis Cardinals. Subsequent matchups included the New York Mets and Philadelphia Phillies in 2018; the Pirates and Chicago Cubs in 2019; the Cleveland Guardians and Los Angeles Angels in 2021; the Baltimore Orioles and Boston Red Sox in 2022; the Washington Nationals and Phillies in 2023; the New York Yankees and Detroit Tigers in 2024; and the Mets and Seattle Mariners in 2025. No game occurred in 2020 due to COVID-19.

The Little League Baseball World Series, held annually in Williamsport, features 20 teams of 10- to 12-year-old players from around the world competing from August 19 to 30 in 2026.
