Chaco offers 39 primary level supervisor positions

The Chaco government began offering 39 supervisor positions for the primary level. Minister Sofía Naidenoff led the event in Resistencia and announced progress on teacher tenure along with preparations for secondary school director contests.

The Chaco Ministry of Education carried out the procedure at Escuela de Educación Secundaria N° 67 in Resistencia. The designation followed the merit order of the Junta de Clasificación de Nivel Primario in line with the Estatuto del Docente. Naidenoff explained that supervisors provide pedagogical and administrative assistance to schools. Specific training was also announced for those assuming these roles. The government reported that the Ley de Estabilidad y Garantías Laborales del Docente enabled the tenure of 7,000 higher education teachers, 18,000 secondary level teachers, 1,050 in special education and 1,250 in bilingual intercultural education. In addition, the first contests for secondary school directors since 2005 are being prepared.
