December will be the most active month with at least seven fronts, expecting extreme temperatures, snowfalls, frosts, heavy rains, and strong winds, increasing the risk of respiratory diseases. Authorities recommend dressing warmly, avoiding sudden temperature changes, and consuming fruits and vegetables to boost defenses.
