In the Southeastern Conference, Alabama's Samuel Ogazi earned Men's Runner of the Week after winning the 400-meter title at the New Mexico Collegiate Classic with a personal-best time of 44.85 seconds, breaking the facility record and ranking No. 2 on the world list for the year. This marks his first conference honor of the season, following recognitions for teammates Katelyn Adel and Doris Lemngole in prior weeks.
