Como 1907 defeated Cremonese 4-1 at Stadio Giovanni Zini on Monday. Lucas Da Cunha scored twice while Jesus Rodriguez and Anastasios Douvikas each added one goal. Federico Bonazzoli scored a late penalty for Cremonese.
The result lifted Como to fourth place with 71 points. AC Milan's defeat at San Siro confirmed the club's first-ever qualification for the Champions League.
Cremonese, featuring Indonesian national team goalkeeper Emil Audero, were relegated to Serie B. Como recorded the league's best defence by conceding just 29 goals all season.
