Delirio announces 2025 fair season with five performances

The Delirio Foundation has announced its 2025 Fair Season, featuring five performances scheduled from December 26 to 30 in Cali. The show, celebrating 19 years of danced stories, combines salsa, circus, and orchestra in a tribute to Cali culture. Over 150 artists will participate in each performance, attracting tourists and locals alike.

Delirio, the world's leading salsa show, opened its tent to present the eleventh performance of 'Vera, al ritmo de la vida' this year, serving as a prelude to its 2025 Fair Season. In December 2024, the show received over 2,500 tourists, establishing itself as a key tourist destination that promotes the culture and tourism of Cali and the Valle del Cauca.

The season will include five performances from December 26 to 30 at the Delirio Tent, located at the Centro de Eventos Valle del Pacífico, Carrera 26 #12-328, Zona Industrial de Yumbo. Doors open at 7:00 p.m. and the show starts at 9:30 p.m., with a minimum entry age of 18 years. Tickets are available at tuboleta.com and by phone at 310 372 6591.

The repertoire begins with 'Vera, al ritmo de la vida', followed by 'Fiebre de Viernes x la noche Vol.2', where figures like Michael Jackson and John Travolta lead a retro party with Anglo and Latin hits from the 1970s to 2000s. The night closes with a tribute to maestro Jairo Varela and Grupo Niche, incorporating cumbia, currulao, porros, sones, and salsa, culminating in the appearance of the diabla de Juanchito as a symbol of joy and hope.

"The December season is the ecstasy of our city, a key moment to alter the senses, leaving the skin on the dance floor. This is how we return the public's loyalty," states Carlos Mario Corrales, director of the Delirio Foundation. He adds: "We are very excited because Fair Season is Delirio's peak moment of the year, not only for our loyal audience but also for our artists who set fire through their feet".

Each performance features 150 artists including dancers, musicians, and circus virtuosos, showing that the spirit of salsa remains alive after 19 years.
