Doja expressed appreciation for Roan's ability to show discomfort openly without harming others. "I love that she can be uncomfortable comfortably in front of people and protect herself and be honest," Doja said.
Doja connected the public reaction to Roan's behavior with her own challenges managing borderline personality disorder (BPD). She noted similarities in how people respond to Roan's discomfort and her own feelings related to the condition. "I had to learn how to be honest," Doja added. "I love that she can do that without hurting people. She hasn’t hurt one person by being herself, and that shows that I can do the same."
Doja endorsed Roan's strong response to the paparazzi, stating, "To be like ‘fuck the paparazzi’ is the best way to be because fuck them."
