Duran Duran to re-release two albums in remastered editions

Duran Duran has announced the re-release of two iconic albums, 'The Wedding Album' and 'Thank You', on vinyl and CD. These newly remastered versions are set for April 2026. The editions feature updated packaging to appeal to fans of the band's 1990s work.

Duran Duran, the band famous for 1980s and 1990s hits like 'Hungry Like the Wolf', 'The Reflex', and 'A View to a Kill', plans to reissue two albums from that era. 'The Wedding Album', originally released in 1993 as the band's seventh studio album and informally titled due to its self-titled name, includes tracks such as 'Ordinary World' and 'Come Undone'. The new vinyl edition comes in a newly embossed sleeve with a 12-inch art card.

The tracklist for 'The Wedding Album' is: 'Too Much Information', 'Ordinary World', 'Love Voodoo', 'Drowning Man', 'Shotgun', 'Come Undone', 'Breath After Breath', 'U.M.F.', 'Femme Fatale', 'None of the Above', 'Shelter', 'To Whom It May Concern', and 'Sin of the City'.

'Ve Thank You', the eighth studio album from 1995, consists of covers of songs by artists including Led Zeppelin, Bob Dylan, The Doors, Lou Reed, Public Enemy, and Elvis Costello. It originally reached the Top 20 in the UK and USA. The reissue features a gatefold sleeve and a poster replicating the original artwork. Lou Reed praised the band's cover of his 'Perfect Day', calling it "the best cover ever completed of one of my own songs".

The tracklist for 'Thank You' includes: 'White Lines', 'I Wanna Take You Higher', 'Perfect Day', 'Watching the Detectives', 'Lay Lady Lay', '911 Is a Joke', 'Success', 'Crystal Ship', 'Ball of Confusion', 'Thank You', 'Drive By', and 'I Wanna Take You Higher Again'. CD versions of both albums will be in paper sleeves. Pre-orders are available through the band's official website, with the release scheduled for 10 April 2026.
