Ethiopia alcohol factory re-floats ERP system tender

National Alcohol & Liquor Factory has issued a second announcement inviting international bids for an integrated ERP system under tender number NALF 006/2026.

The state-owned enterprise, supervised by Ethiopia Investment Holdings, seeks qualified providers for the full ERP project including supply, configuration, data migration, testing and post-implementation support.

Bidders must pay a non-refundable fee of 700 birr for documents and submit a security of 300,000 birr or 1,950 US dollars. Technical and financial proposals are to be placed in separate sealed envelopes.

Submissions close on July 20, 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Mekanissa head office in Addis Ababa, with opening scheduled twenty minutes later. The factory reserves the right to reject any or all offers.
