Four people died and six were seriously injured in a multi-vehicle crash that occurred early this morning on the N-340 near Benicàssim.
The crash occurred around 2:20 a.m. on Sunday at kilometer 981 of the N-340 road toward Castellón de la Plana. Several SAMU units and vital support teams were dispatched to the scene.
Medical services confirmed the deaths of three men and one woman at the site. The six injured individuals, all men, received initial care on location before being taken to hospitals.
Four of the injured were transported to Hospital General de Castellón and two to Hospital de la Plana. Three had multiple traumas and three had contusions of varying severity. The causes of the incident remain under investigation.
