Model and musician Gabbriette married The 1975 frontman Matty Healy on July 18 at a private estate in Los Angeles. She selected three custom looks from Paris-based brand Matières Fecales for the occasion.
The designs were finalized during a fitting session at Dover Street Market in Paris weeks before the ceremony. Gabbriette was joined by her mother, Chayo Bechtel, and best friend, Bailey Quinones, for the appointment.
One outfit drew inspiration from the film Bram Stoker's Dracula and repurposed a vintage Martin Margiela dress in black with added white tulle. A second was a buttery lamb leather suit set intended for the after-party.
The main wedding gown featured hand-pleated white silk taffeta with a triple bustle, train, and déchiré tulle details. The looks marked the first bridal commission for designers Hannah Rose Dalton and Steven Raj Bhaskaran.
Gabbriette described feeling like a princess in the main dress. The team worked on the pieces for over four months.
