Groom Georgie Driver discusses role at Badminton Horse Trials

Georgie Driver, travelling head groom for rider Gemma Stevens, has shared insights into her work caring for horses during the Mars Badminton Horse Trials this week.

Driver joined Stevens' team last October and has since travelled to events including the Sunshine Tour in Spain and Kronenberg, as well as Thoresby where Stevens won the Lycetts Grantham Cup. Her main charge at Badminton is Chilli Knight, owned by Christopher and Lisa Stone, who won the five-star at Bicton Horse Trials in 2021. The horse competed in the first trot-up for the 2026 event.
