Harby Group launches construction of Seven Residence in October Gardens

Harby Group has begun construction on its latest residential project, Seven Residence, in October Gardens, after securing ministerial approvals and implementing a payment plan tied to construction progress. The development covers about 52 feddans, with only 25% allocated to built-up areas and the rest dedicated to green spaces and amenities.

Harby Group announced the start of construction for Seven Residence, strategically located on Ahmed Zewail Axis, providing direct access to major roads like Al Wahat Road and the Middle Ring Road. The project is near universities and key service centers, boosting its appeal in West Cairo's expanding residential market.

The development is organized into seven fully integrated zones, each featuring unique residential concepts within a gated community that balances privacy, comfort, and accessibility. Residential units begin at 109 square meters, and amenities include sports facilities, coworking spaces, social clubs, children's play areas, water features, walking and cycling paths, and a comprehensive commercial zone.

The design emphasizes a balanced lifestyle focused on open spaces, sustainability, and community interaction. With over 15 years of experience in real estate across Cairo and Dubai, Harby has completed more than 50 residential, governmental, and national projects, with total investments reaching EGP 15 billion.

The company highlights its integrated development approach—covering planning, infrastructure, and construction—as key to on-time delivery, adapting to market needs while upholding high quality and sustainability standards.
