Jenny Bloom, a veteran Hollywood publicist, has launched Bloomerang PR, a new boutique firm based in Denver. The agency specializes in communications for the entertainment and media sectors. Bloom has enlisted her sister to help drive partnerships and growth.
Jenny Bloom, with over 15 years in Hollywood public relations, has started Bloomerang PR, a Denver-based boutique agency focused on corporate communications, executive visibility, and project-specific publicity. Her career includes leadership roles at Jive PR + Digital and Prodigy PR, where she managed campaigns for films, television, festivals, experiential projects, and consumer brands. She has represented filmmakers, studio heads, immersive experiences, and creative executives.
The agency already supports clients such as the investment office and wellness media studio of Ken Kao and Nic Gonda, known as Parallel, along with Sepia Films, MPX Films, Superplastic, Concourse Media, and State of Play Hospitality's Flight Club. These span entertainment, media, and immersive industries.
Bloom's festival experience is notable. In 2013, she co-founded the Stanley Film Festival in Estes Park, Colorado, and served as its director. She has worked with events like the Los Angeles Film Festival, Denver Film Festival, Palm Springs Film Festival, Chicago Media Project, Whistler Film Festival, and MountainFilm.
"After nearly two decades inside agencies and the festival ecosystem, I wanted to build something more flexible, more personal, and aligned with how the industry actually operates today," Bloom stated. "Bloomerang PR is designed to step in where teams need the most support, whether that is corporate positioning, leadership visibility, or project-based campaigns tied to key moments. We run intentionally lean so I am involved with every client, with strategy and execution guided by experienced hands at every stage."
To bolster the firm, Bloom hired her sister, Courtney Bloom Malkin, as head of partnerships and growth. Malkin brings expertise in brand marketing, strategic alliances, and business development across entertainment, lifestyle, hospitality, and consumer sectors. Previously at RevLocal, now owned by Hibu, she collaborated with immersive brands like Meow Wolf and handled SEO and paid media strategies for nationwide visibility and reputation management.
"Courtney brings a sharp eye for partnerships and a proven ability to connect brands and opportunities in a way that is strategic and intentional," Bloom added. "Her role allows Bloomerang to grow thoughtfully while staying true to our boutique roots. We are female-founded and sister-operated, which is so special and unique—allowing us to build on our deep trust, shared standards and total alignment. Our clients benefit from having more than one Bloom in the room."
This launch reflects a shift toward more agile, personalized PR services in a changing industry landscape.
