Karol G opened her 2026 Viajando Por El Mundo Tropitour on July 24 at Soldier Field in Chicago. The Colombian artist performed songs from her album Tropicoqueta along with earlier tracks.
The show featured a conceptual production with elements from the Tropicoqueta universe, including showgirls, feathers, and tropical motifs. Karol G teased a new song called Matadora during the performance.
The tour is promoted by Live Nation. Becky G, Greeicy, and Elena Rose will join on select dates. Elena Rose described the invitation as organic and highlighted their long friendship.
Following Chicago, the itinerary includes SoFi Stadium in Los Angeles, MetLife Stadium in New Jersey, and Hard Rock Stadium in Miami. The trek continues across Latin America and Europe into 2027.
Tropicoqueta debuted at No. 1 on the Top Latin Albums chart and No. 3 on the Billboard 200. All 20 songs from the album charted on Hot Latin Songs.
