López Rabadán stated that this action violates the agreement approved in March 2025, which strictly regulates visitor access and media spaces. "If where we make the laws we don't learn to respect them, the message we're sending is negative," she expressed. The Board has already recorded the name of the responsible legislator and will urge parliamentary groups to comply with the rules.
The PAN deputy emphasized that it is not an isolated case, but a repeated practice in recent days that compromises the Plenary's security and the press's work, which must follow rules that some legislators disregard. She thanked the media that adhere to the agreement and reminded that each legislator is responsible for the people they authorize to enter. "We cannot harm legislative work by the presence of personnel who should not be in the Plenary," she affirmed.
In a broader context, López Rabadán called for national unity and rejected polarizing narratives of "good and bad." "Today, Mexico needs to be united, not divided," she said. Regarding President Claudia Sheinbaum's meeting with majority legislators, she acknowledged the president's right to meet with whomever she chooses but suggested it would benefit the country to hear from all political forces.
