McDonald’s is launching toys tied to The Super Mario Galaxy Movie as part of its Happy Meals. The collection consists of 12 toys depicting various characters from the film. Mario appears in two versions: his standard red-and-blue outfit and a white-and-red form after a Fire Flower transformation. Bowser Jr. also has two toys—one in his default form and another in a distorted Wonder look from Super Mario Bros. Wonder. Other characters receive single toys despite having alternate forms in the movie. Each toy includes a personalized stand with a unique background for display purposes. An official announcement states: “power up w the new Super Mario Galaxy Movie Happy Meal on 3.26 and see the @The Super Mario Galaxy Movie only in theaters on 4.1”. The toys become available at McDonald’s locations on March 26, just days before the movie’s release on April 1.
