Nations name dressage teams for Aachen 2026

Several countries have submitted their nominated entries for the dressage competition at the 2026 FEI World Championships in Aachen, Germany. The lists include combinations from Australia, Germany, Great Britain and other nations. Definite entries are due by 27 July.

Germany became the first major nation to confirm its definite team. The squad features Katharina Hemmer with Denoix PCH, Raphael Netz with Great Escape Camelot, Frederic Wandres with Bluetooth OLD and Isabell Werth with Wendy De Fontaine.

Australia released its nominated list on the deadline of 6 July. The six combinations include Jayden Brown with Quincy B and Simone Pearce with Will Marq. Other nations such as Great Britain, the Netherlands and the United States also published nominated entries.

The dressage events run from 11 to 16 August 2026. The Grand Prix on 11 and 12 August will decide team medals, while individual medals will be awarded in the Special and Freestyle.

Aachen serves as the primary qualifier for the team competition at the 2028 Los Angeles Olympics, with the top six teams earning places.
