NBC has renewed the Tracy Morgan-led comedy The Fall and Rise of Reggie Dinkins for a second season. The series, which premiered in January, has drawn strong viewership numbers. TVLine first reported the renewal.
NBC announced the renewal of The Fall and Rise of Reggie Dinkins for Season 2, as first reported by TVLine. The comedy stars Tracy Morgan as Reggie Dinkins, a former NFL superstar attempting a comeback after a gambling scandal. He receives help from Arthur Tobin, a pretentious documentary filmmaker played by Daniel Radcliffe, along with co-stars Erika Alexander, Bobby Moynihan, Precious Way, and Jayln Hall. The show reunites Morgan with 30 Rock writers Robert Carlock and Sam Means, who serve as co-creators and showrunners. Carlock and Means previously worked with Morgan on the NBC series 30 Rock, which ran from 2006 to 2013. The series premiered on NBC in January 2026 with a special airing following NFL football, drawing 5.8 million viewers and becoming the most-watched comedy telecast of the 2025-2026 TV season. It moved to its regular Monday slot on February 23, reaching more than 14 million viewers to date for the pilot. Season 1 concluded in April.
