The program presents unique topics aimed at building the knowledge, skills, and capacity of officials. Over 2000 high-level officials from federal and regional levels are attending. This annual training includes practical field improvement work sessions to enhance the party's officials' performance.
As stated by the Prosperity Party, the training aims to strengthen agricultural productivity and governmental vision at both government and sectoral levels. Participants will apply their knowledge through follow-up practical improvement sessions during the training.
