Ruben Onsu posted a sharp Instagram criticism of Giorgio Antonio for interfering in Sarwendah's parenting of their daughter Thania. The first hearing on the child custody lawsuit is scheduled today at the South Jakarta District Court.
Ruben Onsu shared a clip of Sarwendah and Giorgio Antonio’s TikTok live sales session. During the stream Thania called Sarwendah to ask permission to eat chewing gum.
Sarwendah initially refused, but Giorgio Antonio replied “Boleh sayang” without being asked. Ruben Onsu then wrote on Instagram that Giorgio Antonio should not make decisions about his child.
“Permisi ya Gio maaf sebelumnya, itu ibunya jg punya peraturan ttg anak saya, pls jng ikut2 kasih keputusan klo ttg anak ya,” Ruben Onsu wrote. He also advised Giorgio Antonio to focus only on his romantic relationship.
The first hearing of the custody case, numbered 756/Pdt.G/2026/PN Jkt.Sel, is held behind closed doors at the South Jakarta District Court on Wednesday, 15 July 2026.
