Strategy boosted its U.S. dollar reserves to $3.225 billion last week by selling common stock. The company left its Bitcoin holdings unchanged at 843,775 BTC. This marks the second consecutive week it has raised cash without selling Bitcoin.
Strategy sold more than 2.7 million MSTR shares for roughly $263.5 million through its at-the-market equity program. The move lifted cash reserves by about $225 million.
Michael Saylor, executive chairman of the firm, said Monday that the company now holds a U.S. dollar reserve of $3.225 billion. The Bitcoin holdings remain steady.
The firm has focused on rebuilding liquidity to support dividends on its preferred stock. It remains the world's largest corporate Bitcoin holder, with its 843,775 BTC worth nearly $55 billion at current prices.
