Tesla held its second-quarter 2026 earnings call on July 22, highlighting strong delivery figures and the popularity of its Model Y vehicle.
Company executives, including CEO Elon Musk, described the quarter as a success during the webcast. Musk stated that Tesla achieved record Q2 deliveries and noted that the Model Y has become the best-selling car of any kind in the world.
Musk also pointed to rising demand, saying the vehicle's popularity is increasing tremendously. He added that locations with approved Full Self-Driving software are seeing high adoption rates.
The results were released earlier that day in an update deck published at 3:00 p.m. Central Time. The call included participation from Chief Financial Officer Vaibhav Taneja and other executives.
