Tinashe released the single 'Too Easy' on June 5. The track marks her first original material in two years and follows her 2024 album Quantum Baby.
The thumping song was co-produced by Kimj and Zack Sekoff. Tinashe first teased it during her DJ set at Coachella in April. Lyrics include the lines 'I know that I’m a superstar' and 'I can’t help that I make it look so easy.' The release comes after Quantum Baby, which included the hit 'Nasty.' A press release stated that the single 'ushers in a new era' for the singer. A video for the track was scheduled to arrive later on the day of release.
