Several unions have jointly reported the work environment at the eye clinic at Falu Lasarett. They state that conditions have deteriorated significantly since Cosmic was introduced.
Vårdförbundet, Läkarförbundet, Vision, SRAT and Kommunal have submitted a report under 6:6a. The report describes how Cosmic has contributed to sick leave among staff.
The safety representatives write that Cosmic is perceived as a threat and that the work environment has deteriorated significantly. The report comes from the eye clinic at Falu Lasarett.
Criticism of the system has grown and more clinics are said to now follow with similar reports.
