Unreleased Nike Air Force 1 PlayStation sample surfaces online

Images of an unreleased Nike Air Force 1 Low PlayStation 2024 sample have surfaced online. The pair recreates the iconic 2006 collaboration between Nike and PlayStation. It was produced as an internal sample for a planned retro release that was later scrapped.

The sample features a full patent leather upper with glossy black front paneling. A blue gradient wraps around the heel, ending at an embroidered PlayStation logo on the lateral counter. Purple laces, a translucent blue rubber outsole, and controller button-inspired accents complete the design.

Reports indicate the item was made for a prospective retro run before being shelved. Only 10 pairs of the 2024 samples are known to exist.

The images show a faithful build to the original 2006 version, including the original co-branding elements.
