Westfield opens Indiana's first padel facility

NorthPoint Padel has launched as the first dedicated padel venue in Indiana, located in Westfield. The facility offers round-the-clock access to indoor courts and various playing options. A ribbon-cutting ceremony marks its official opening.

Westfield, Indiana, now hosts NorthPoint Padel, the state's inaugural facility for the rapidly growing racket sport. Situated at 20099 N. East St. Suite 100, the center features two indoor courts equipped with glass walls and artificial turf, designed for continuous play via a digital booking system that operates 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Jon Omer, managing partner of NorthPoint Padel, highlighted the sport's appeal in a statement: “Padel is exploding globally because it is social, accessible, and easy to enjoy from day one. Our goal is to make it simple for people in Westfield and across central Indiana to experience the sport, whether they are brand new or already competitive.”

Bookings for private courts are handled in 30-minute slots, requiring four players to secure a reservation. Pricing varies by time: peak hours on weekday evenings and Saturday mornings cost $25 per hour per person, while non-peak times are $20 per hour per person. The facility mandates that players be at least 18 years old to participate without adult supervision.

Beyond individual rentals, NorthPoint Padel provides group clinics, open-play sessions, and instructional programs scheduled weekly. To kick off operations, the venue will hold a ribbon-cutting event with the Westfield Chamber of Commerce on Thursday, January 22, at 3 p.m.

Reservations and further details are available through the Playtomic app by searching for NorthPoint Padel, or by following the facility on Facebook and Instagram.
