A young man was stabbed in the back in Alby, Botkyrka, on Tuesday evening. He was airlifted by ambulance helicopter to hospital. Police are investigating the incident as attempted murder.
The alarm came in just before 10 p.m. on Tuesday evening. According to police, the man was awake and talkative when taken to hospital.
Police spokesperson Anna Lärk said information is being collected continuously. The operation includes interviews with witnesses, helicopter, dog patrol and review of surveillance cameras.
No person has been arrested. The incident is classified as attempted murder and police are searching for one or more perpetrators.
