A bus carrying Indonesian hajj pilgrims from groups SUB-02 and JKS-01 crashed in Madinah on April 28, 2026, local time. Nine pilgrims and one KBIHU staff member suffered light injuries. Moh. Hasan Afandi, head of Public Relations at Kemenhaj, warned Hajj and Umrah Guidance Groups to coordinate better and prioritize safety.
