Prosecutor reveals calls before lime leader's murder
Michoacán's prosecutor, Carlos Torres Piña, disclosed investigation details into the murder of Bernardo Bravo Manríquez, president of the Apatzingán Valley Citrus Growers Association. Two phone numbers with which he exchanged messages and calls before his death are under analysis. The crime is linked to the criminal cell Los Blancos de Troya.
Harfuch promises justice for lemon leader's murder in Michoacán
Security Secretary Omar García Harfuch met with lemon producers in Apatzingán to address violence and extortion in Tierra Caliente. The meeting took place one week after the murder of citriculturist leader Bernardo Bravo Manríquez.
