João Guilherme Corrêa was detained on Saturday in Pavia by Italian police with support from Brazil's Federal Police. He is convicted of a 2009 double homicide and identified as a leader of neo-Nazi groups.

Brazilian João Guilherme Corrêa was arrested in the rural area of Pavia in northern Italy on Saturday (27). The operation had support from the Federal Police and the PF attaché in Rome.

Corrêa is sentenced to 35 years in prison for the murder of Bernardo Pedroso and Renata Ferreira in 2009, which occurred during a party in Campina Grande do Sul (PR). He is also identified as leader of Crew 38 and the Hammerskin Nation network in Brazil.

Interpol had issued a red alert in October 2025. The extradition process to Brazil is already underway, according to the Federal Police.
