Heatwave prompts equestrian and racing cancellations in Britain

The Army has suspended ceremonial guard changes in London and Windsor through 26 June. A non-ceremonial change of the King’s Life Guard is set for 8am on 24 June.

Timings for races at Nottingham and Newmarket have been moved earlier to avoid peak temperatures. Organisers continue to monitor conditions and adjust plans as needed.
