Actor Jack Quaid will voice a new character in the upcoming fifth season of the animated series Invincible. The news was announced alongside an early renewal for Season 6.
Series creator Robert Kirkman revealed the casting at Prime Video's Annecy showcase on Wednesday. Quaid, known for his role as Hughie Campbell on The Boys, will play Gravitator/Chris, an engineer who turns to theft.
Steven Yeun stars as the title character Mark Grayson, with J.K. Simmons and Sandra Oh also returning. Season 4 of the series debuted on the streamer in March.
Kirkman also confirmed the early renewal for Season 6 at the Annecy International Animation Festival. Season 5 is set to release in 2027.
The voice cast includes Gillian Jacobs, Seth Rogen, and Walton Goggins among others.
