Disney has announced the reopening of two popular attractions at Disneyland Resort on April 24. The Jungle Cruise at Disneyland park and Toy Story Midway Mania! at Disney California Adventure will resume operations after recent closures. Several other rides remain closed for maintenance.
The Jungle Cruise at Disneyland closed on February 17 for routine maintenance and refurbishment. Disney announced that the attraction, a guided river tour featuring animals and adventure, will reopen on April 24. No specific reopening date had been set previously. The ride is known for its humor, including dad jokes from skippers. Toy Story Midway Mania! at Disney California Adventure shuttered on April 4. This interactive shooting game, where guests join Woody, Buzz, and other toys to test their skills, will also return on April 24. Other closures persist at the resort. Roger Rabbit’s Car Toon Spin and the Disneyland Monorail both closed on March 30 with no reopening dates announced. Buzz Lightyear Astro Blasters shut on April 13, and Silly Symphony Swings is scheduled to close on April 27. Pirates of the Caribbean and Blue Bayou Restaurant plan to close on May 4 for refurbishment, with Blue Bayou eyeing a late May return.
