Kenteba Adanech Aba opens Arada Park for free access

Addis Ababa Mayor Adanech Abaye has opened Arada Park for free access by city residents in coming months. The park offers ample resting areas and various amenities. It aims to benefit residents, tourists, and urban aesthetics.

Adanech Abaye, mayor of Addis Ababa, stated in a social service message that Arada Park provides recreation for residents, enhances city beauty, attracts tourists, and offers sufficient resting spots.

The park features a historic viewing gallery, supermarkets, banks, vendor stalls for various goods, cafeterias, hotels, hair salons, sports gymnasiums, cycling tracks, jogging paths, fountains, and children's playgrounds. All are combined in one location with ample parking.

"It has been opened free for our city residents for the coming months so that you visit the event center, enjoy yourselves at the recreation center, and rest," said Mayor Adanech Abaye. The park creates a new chapter for Addis Ababa.
