Koke Guerrero, a three-time champion of Exatlón México, was eliminated from the Blue Team in a tense elimination duel on April 5. Adrián Leo beat him by seconds in the final circuit, both having used their extra life medals. Guerrero expressed calm despite the surprising exit.
In the elimination duel of Exatlón México 2026, aired on Sunday April 5, the Blue Team suffered another loss with Koke Guerrero's departure. The final matchup was between Guerrero and Adrián Leo, who exhausted their extra life medals—five for Koke and three for Leo—before competing with one life each.
Leo knocked down the last cube in the circuit with just seconds to spare, securing his spot and eliminating his teammate. This marked Guerrero's first elimination in previous appearances, where he always reached the finale as a three-time champion.
"Everything is new, I'd never had to say goodbye at this stage, I'm calm because everything is right on time, the present is perfect. Being eliminated by Leo doesn't sit well, but they'll make it perfect, I just seek the team's growth," Guerrero stated after leaving.
The Blue Team had won the Villa 360 in week 27 and previously ousted César Villaluz from the Red Team. That week's Power Tokens went to Karol Rojas in the women's category and Adrián Leo in the men's. Currently, Blue has Evelyn Guijarro, Katia Gallegos, Valery Carranza, Alexis Vargas, and Leo.
