Linus Hultström signs three-year contract with Linköping HC

Linköping HC has completed the signing of defenseman Linus Hultström to a three-season deal. The 33-year-old returns from Swiss club Biel after negotiations that began in late April.

Hultström, a former crowd favorite at the club, left Linköping after posting 42 points in a single season. He recorded 21 points in 47 games during his most recent campaign in Switzerland. The new contract covers the 2026/2027, 2027/2028 and 2028/2029 seasons and was partly secured through external financing, a method the club has used before for other signings such as Jakub Vrána.
