Little Dot Studios has appointed Ben Arnold and Charles Wideska as co-Managing Directors for its US operations. The move comes amid strong growth for the company, which also announced several promotions in its UK and Germany teams. These changes aim to support further expansion following a successful 2025.
Little Dot Studios, the American arm of All3Media-backed social media agency, production house, and channel operator, has named Ben Arnold and Charles Wideska as co-Managing Directors for its US business. Arnold has been with the company for five years, including the past two as its Los Angeles-based senior vice president of commercial operations. Wideska joined in 2022 and has served as senior vice president, head of finance and commercial planning, for the last two years.
In their new roles, Arnold and Wideska will jointly oversee strategy, commercial activities, and team development, while collaborating with the global leadership team. The company, which employs more than 500 staff worldwide, highlighted this appointment as a response to a period of strong momentum for the US team, especially after 2025 proved to be a standout year.
Dan Jones, CEO of Little Dot Studios and acting managing director of the US office since 2015, commented on the changes. He has led the company as CEO since 2020, following the departure of founders Andy Taylor and Selma Turajlic. "These promotions reflect both the growth of our business and the strength of the people who have helped build it," Jones said. "Ben and Charles have been instrumental in driving the success of our US operation, and their appointments as co-Managing Directors set us up brilliantly for the next phase of expansion."
Jones also noted the UK promotions, which include Monica Giurgiu to director of strategic operations, Katie Matthews to director of client services, Fleur Fekkes to head of creative production, Sarah Chinnery to head of advertising partnerships, and Alice Hyde to deputy general counsel. In Germany, Marco Wagner advances to head of distribution and content strategy, and Thomas Konnerth to head of network for Germany.
"At the same time, our UK promotions recognise exceptional leaders whose work underpins our global offering from operations and client services through to creative, commercial partnerships, legal and business affairs," Jones added. "Promoting from within remains core to how we grow Little Dot Studios."
