Maxis announces major overhaul for The Sims 4 babies

Maxis has revealed a large update for The Sims 4 that targets long-standing issues with infants, toddlers and children. The changes, based on player feedback, will arrive on May 12 and include over 150 fixes and new features.

The update addresses several common complaints with baby care in the game. Sims will no longer repeatedly pick up and put down infants, and they will now automatically pick up dirty diapers after changing a baby. Feeding and changing interactions have been sped up, while hunger decreases more slowly and Tummy Time progresses faster to better match the game's pace.
