Pamela Anderson confirmed she has not been contacted about the Fox Baywatch reboot and has no plans to return to the show.
The 59-year-old actress told Deadline no one reached out to her about the project. She added she does not know much about it but wished those involved well.
Anderson noted her sons Brandon and Dylan Lee had discussed producing at one point, though talks did not progress. She said she would have listened if her kids were involved but otherwise wants to explore new roles.
She recalled loving her time on the original series yet stressed she has already done that chapter. Anderson is now focused on bold character choices and possible theater work.
Former co-star Carmen Electra advised the new cast including Shay Mitchell to stay in top shape and sharpen swimming skills, calling the job hard work.
