Pharrell and adidas reveal Vario Flat Earther sneakers

Pharrell Williams and adidas have introduced the Vario Flat Earther, a new low-profile model in their VIRGINIA sneaker line. The sneakers appear in two off-white colorways and are set to launch on April 4 for $140 each. They follow last year's oversized Adistar Jellyfish release.

Pharrell Williams and adidas continue their collaborative VIRGINIA sneaker series with the Vario Flat Earther, an ultra low-profile counterpart to last year's exaggerated Adistar Jellyfish model. The Jellyfish, part of the VIRGINIA line, gained attention for its oversized build upon release last year. The Vario Flat Earther shifts to a minimalist design, recently teased on Pharrell's @skateboard Instagram account, according to Hypebeast reporting from March 25. The sneakers feature a laceless upper with prominent Three Stripes branding extending from the lateral toe to the medial midfoot. Adidas' classic logo appears on the tongue and heel, while the sole includes a minimalist design engraved with “VIRGINIA.” Two initial colorways have surfaced: Cloud White/Core Green/Cloud White (SKU KI7669) and Cloud White/Core Black/Cloud White (SKU KI7668). Both use off-white bases accented by green or black details. Neither Pharrell nor adidas has confirmed an exact release date, but the pairs are expected to debut via adidas on April 4 at a price of $140 USD per pair. Fans can anticipate availability on the adidas website.
