Slayyyter performed her single Dance live on The Tonight Show Tuesday night in her first television appearance. She was backed by a full band for the energetic take from her latest album.
Slayyyter took the stage Tuesday night on The Tonight Show. She delivered a rousing version of her track Dance with support from a live band. The song comes from her third album Worst Girl in America which follows Troubled Paradise and Starfucker. Dance first appeared in January as one of the initial tracks she wrote for the project. She noted that the album has a varied sound yet uses Dance as a connecting element she loved throughout the process. Slayyyter had already promoted the record with a Coachella set in April. She is scheduled to appear at Governors Ball in New York in June and Lollapalooza in Chicago in July. Additional festival dates are set for Reading and Leeds in the United Kingdom in August. Her headlining tour begins September 3 in Vancouver and runs through North America South America Europe and the United Kingdom before closing November 5 in London with Pearly Drops supporting the North American and United Kingdom legs.
