Texas woman charged in alleged shooting of boyfriend

A 33-year-old woman in Alto, Texas, faces an aggravated assault charge after authorities say she shot her live-in boyfriend between the eyes during an argument.

Alanna Dawn Bilbo is accused of shooting the man with a .22 caliber revolver at their home on County Road 2813 on Monday evening. According to a probable cause statement, the victim stood outside yelling for her to shoot him when the first shot struck him in the face. She allegedly fired a second time into the back of his neck as he turned away holding his face.
