Umbanda priest arrested for torture and sexual abuse in Glew

An Umbanda priest was arrested by the Federal Police in Alejandro Korn, accused of torturing and sexually abusing a woman and her daughters in Glew.

According to the complaint, the suspect had moved into the victims' home in Glew. There he manipulated them with religious promises and deprived them of food and sleep.

The man had remained a fugitive before his arrest by the Federal Police in Alejandro Korn on June 13, 2026.

Authorities confirmed the charges of torture and sexual abuse based on the victims' account.
