Vehicle auction features BMW, Toyota Hilux from Ksh 104,000

A wide-ranging vehicle auction in Kenya offers SUVs, pickups and trucks with reserve prices from Ksh 100,000. The units are stored in yards including Westlands, Ruiru and Mombasa. Buyers are urged to inspect vehicles physically before submitting offers by April 21.

The vehicle auction, announced via a notice in a leading daily, uses a private treaty process where buyers submit offers. Bids must be placed online through the eezycars website by 12 noon on Tuesday, April 21. Vehicles are sold on an “as is, where is” basis, emphasizing the need for physical inspections.

High-end options include the 2014 BMW X3 sDrive20i with a Ksh 2 million reserve and BMW X3 M40i at Ksh 1.6 million, both in Westlands. A 2013 Toyota Hilux is listed at Ksh 2.99 million, while a 2014 Mitsubishi Fuso FI truck in Kisii starts at Ksh 2.6 million.

Budget-friendly models feature a 2004 Toyota Succeed in Thika at Ksh 104,000, 2001 Toyota Town Ace in Eldoret at Ksh 115,000, 2003 Nissan March at Ksh 205,000 and 2002 Nissan Caravan in Mombasa at Ksh 276,000. SUVs such as 2015 Toyota Rav4 at Ksh 1.3 million, 2010 Toyota Fortuner at Ksh 1.1 million and 2014 Nissan X-Trail at Ksh 1.2 million are also available.

Yards span Westlands, Ruiru, Kisii, Eldoret, Migori, Malindi, Kitale and Thika. The inventory covers Toyota Vitz, Probox, Axio, Ractis, Suzuki Swift, Mazda Premacy, Subaru Impreza and Nissan Note, appealing to commercial and individual buyers.
