Player Penalties

The NHL fined Florida Panthers forward Brad Marchand $5,000, the maximum allowable amount, for unsportsmanlike conduct during Saturday's game against the Buffalo Sabres. The incident occurred in a 3-0 Sabres victory at KeyBank Center on Oct. 18. Marchand received minor penalties for roughing and interference but avoided a penalty for tampering with an opponent's equipment.
