Women in Climate Action

Egypt's Ministry of Local Development has launched the third edition of the Climate Leaders programme, aimed at supporting youth-driven environmental projects and boosting women's role in climate action. The event drew senior representatives from the National Council for Women and the Shabab El-Qiyada Foundation, along with past participants and young climate innovators. Minister Manal Awad stressed the need for youth innovation to tackle environmental challenges.
